Hella Pils

We combined the best of both a classic Pilsner and West Coast IPA. A crisp, clean malt profile provides a perfect base for American-West Coast hops to shine through. Citrusy and Hella good.

Oktoberfest

Our Oktoberfest is a Marzen style lager, brewed with rich, toasty Munich malt and lagered for six weeks prior to packaging for a crisp finish. Brewed in celebration of the world’s largest beer festival!

Ennio Pils

Ennio Pils is our take on the dry hopped German Pilsners of Italy. Brewed with Barke Pilsner malt and hopped with aromatic German hops. Inspired by the Spaghetti Western films of the 1960’s. We debut this beer annually just in time for the Houston Rodeo & Livestock Show.

Dry Hopped Kölsch

2023 Silver Medal – US Beer Championship – Session Beer Category. Our Dry Hopped Kölsch is brewed with German-grown pilsner malt and generously hopped with Mosaic. Using traditional German yeast, this unfiltered beer is fermented and aged cold for a clean, crisp taste that is eminently satisfying.

Amber Lager

2021 Bronze Medal – US Beer Championship – Amber Lager Category. Our Czech Style Amber Lager is brewed with premium imported pilsner and crystal malts. We put enough Czech Saaz hops to balance the malt forward character with a great floral aroma. Finally, this beer is lagered at near freezing temperatures for a crisp, clean finish.

WYSIWYG

WYSIWYG is a Juicy IPA brewed with loads of flaked oats and malted wheat for a full, luxurious mouthfeel. Amarillo hops were added in the brewhouse, followed by a double dry hop of Citra and Mosaic for an intensely tropical hop experience.

Heights Light Lager

2022 Silver Medal – GABF – American Light Lager Category / 2020 Bronze Medal – US Beer Championship – American Light Lager Category. Brewed with the Houston Heights in mind, this light lager is made from the finest German-grown pilsner malt. It is masterfully balanced with a touch of American hops for a clean, refreshing taste that reflects the Heights itself.

REDWOOD IPA

A classic, West Coast-style IPA reminiscent of the beers that got us all hooked in the first place. A sturdy malt backbone supports a hop profile that is resinous, piney, and citrus forward. Simply hopped with the American classics Cascade & Centennial.
