Imperial Stout, conditioned on toasted coconut and Boomtown Coffee Spindletop Espresso.
Cold IPA – Brewed with east coast grain. Hopped with west coast hops. Fermented on Lager yeast. Hops: Simcoe and Talus at whirlpool, Mosaic Cryo at first dry hop, then Idaho 7 and El Dorado at the second dry hop, with a final dry hop of Cashmere.
